Brief Description
The STAR programme is designed to increase the personal effectiveness of professionals in an ever-changing world. A STAR is a person who has a high degree of Self-Awareness, applies strategic Thinking, Achieves results and Relates well with others.
The framwork focues on each individual’s thinking, relating and achieving aspects so that participants can be more effective in achieving the organisation’s goals, and in their ability to lead and relate to others.

In this programme, participants will be able to :

- 3 Think strategically, and make decisions after having considered diverse perspectives
